She studied textile design at the Eastern Sydney Institute of Technology. Instead of being disheartened by the move of hand printing to digital production, she decided to launch her own hands-on studio.<br>She has been running screen-printing studios for the past 15 years across independent, community driven creative spaces and now leads The Printroom at Monster Mouse Studios in Marrickville.<br>Carizza teaches screen printing and shibori dyeing, prints merch for countless local bands and organisations and spends time on her own creative practice.<br>Her work illustrates the screen-printed form scoured away, duplicated and layered until the desired aesthetic has been achieved. She also plays with textiles in abstract ways. His work is raw, instinctive, and driven by a strong connection to music, memory, and subculture.<br>He draws inspiration from artists like Jean-Michel Basquiat, along with the worlds of live music and football. His pieces move between scenes from his own band, portraits of figures like Nick Cave and Kurt Cobain, and recurring references to the game.<br>Bold marks, layered textures, and loose composition give the work its energy and honesty.<br>While art is a side practice, Damien&#8217;s work has earned awards, recognition and a growing following among collectors drawn to its authenticity and boldness. She completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts at COFA, UNSW in 1993, majoring in sculpture and design. A pivotal shift in her practice came with her discovery of surface design, which led her to retrain in textile design and screen printing.<br>Her multidisciplinary practice spans textile design, making, teaching, and community engagement. Michelle works extensively with both children and adults through art education programs and textile printing workshops, reflecting her passion for participatory and community-based art. <br>Michelle is also the founder and coordinator of the Makers Frontyard Trail, an annual creative market trail held in Sydney\u2019s Inner West. My background is in advertising and magazine\/book publishing as a designer, illustrator, studio and project manager but for the past 15 years have been concentrating more on my visual arts work and have exhibited extensively in local and regional galleries. Since 2015 I have also been teaching weekly drawing and watercolour painting classes\/workshops and as a member of the vibrant Inner West Arts Community participate in the local art trails, art markets and other events in the area. My passion is the versatility and spontaneity of watercolours creating work from detailed botanical illustration through to abstract images but also enjoy working in other media including ink, pencil, printmaking, mixed media and photography in a wide range of styles and subject matter. Since that time, Michael has worked steadily as a graphic designer, illustrator and photographer in the Australian film and television industry working on over 20 films including<br>Alien: Covenant, Wolverine, The Great Gatsby, King Kong v. Godzilla, Elvis and Ticket to Paradise.<br>He is an accomplished painter and is regularly commissioned. His work hangs in The Unicorn Hotel, Paddington, Continental Deli, Newtown, and in both Porteno and Bodega restaurants Surry Hills. His work has been secured by Coquun restaurant in the Hunter Valley, and the boutique Hotel, Veriu Green Square.<br>He mainly paints landscapes and still lifes in watercolour. It is a very measured medium but allows for spontaneity. These themes intersect through familiar cultural signifiers and multimedia techniques to engage audiences and provoke inquisitiveness.<br>Born in Sydney in 1983 to Australian and Turkish parents, jda was an avid collector of hip hop music as a child, which led to a DJ career in her teens. In 2012 she studied digital art at Southbank University in London and began creating video art for live music and DJ performances. Her practice is based in textile sculptures, video\/animation, drawing and painting. Thematically her current interests include the materiality of memory, positing forgetting as both a disruptive and creative force.
